An ‘Active User’ is any user that has accessed your learning material within your 12-month billing period. These are automatically tracked by the system on an annual basis, but can also be manually managed by the administrator.

If you reach the maximum number of active users allowed in your plan, you can purchase more under the User Accounts module by selecting ‘Buy More Users’ or contact our team here. Users are priced at $10.00 per account for up to 500 new users, $8.00 per account for up to 1,000 users and $6.00 per account for 1,000 or more users.
