Trade Practices and Consumer Law

As a business, it is your obligation to keep employees knowledgeable about trade practices and consumer law. There are a series of requirements employees must meet to abide by federal legislation when buying or selling goods, services or land.

In any industry, there are legal risks to be mindful of. These are outlined in the general and specific protections of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. This induction course is designed to teach you about these protections and the consequences for breaching them.
